 Open Files

Go to the first photo and with the Move Tool click and drag it into the background image

CTRL+T for Transform, click on Maintain Aspect Ration and reduce the image size to 15%

Right click on Layer 1 and choose Blending Options
Stroke
Size: 15px
Position: Inside
Color: White

Go to the next photo and with the Move Tool click and drag it

CTRL+T for Transform, click on Maintain Aspect Ration and reduce the image size to 25%

Move and Rotate the photo where you want

Right click on Layer 1 and Copy Layer Style

Right click on Layer 2 and Paste Layer Style
( this will copy/paste the stroke from Layer 1 )

Go to next photo and repeat the steps

Move Tool click and drag the photo

CTRL+T for Transform, click on Maintain Aspect Ration and reduce the image size to 25%

Move and Rotate the photo where you want

Right click on Layer 1 and Copy Layer Style
Right click on Layer # and Paste Layer Style

Right click on Layer 3 and Paste Layer Style

Click and drag the next photo
CTRL+T for Transform, click on Maintain Aspect Ration and reduce the image size to 25%
Move and Rotate the photo where you want
Right click on Layer 4 and Paste Layer Style

Click and drag the next photo
CTRL+T for Transform, click on Maintain Aspect Ration and reduce the image size to 25%
Move and Rotate the photo where you want
Right click on Layer 5 and Paste Layer Style

CTRL+T for Transform, click on Maintain Aspect Ration and reduce the image size to 25%
Move and Rotate the photo where you want
Right click on Layer 8 and Paste Layer Style


Click the layer from the top and
CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E

Right click on the layer you just created, Blending Options

Gradient Overlay
Blend mode: Overlay
Opacity: 30%
Gradient: Violet, Orange
Style: Linear
Angle: 0
Scale: 76%

Open File
CTRL + J Duplicate the layer
Go to Image - Apply Image

Channel: Green
Blending: Normal


Go to Create New Fill or Adjustment Layer and Channel Mixer

Click on Monochrome checkbox
Red: +23
Green: +38
Blue: +35
Constant: -17
If these values does not work for you, use different.

Click on Layer 1 and make a copy ( CTRL + J )

Go to Filter - Blur Gallery - Field Blur

Blur: 4px

Add a layer mask for Layer 1 copy

Go to Brush Tool, make sure you have the foreground color black and brush to remove from the blur.

Go to Create New Fill or Adjustment Layer and select Gradient Map

Add Black, White Gradient

Click on Layer 1 copy

Go to Filter - Camera Raw Filter

Contrast: +73
Highlights: -95
Shadows: -70
Whites: -13
Blacks: -58
Clarity: +16


Reduce Fill opacity to 5%

Open Files
Go to Move Tool
Click and drag window water img to your photo
CTRL + T for Transform
Press and Hold Shift while resizing.
Click right on Layer 1 and Convert to Smart Object.
Go to Filter - Blur - Gaussian Blur: 20px

Change the blend mode to Overlay

Go to Horizontal Type Tool

I have used a font " Aldine " downloaded from dafont.com
Type your text
CTRL + T for Transform and click from a corner and rotate it
Go to Filter - Liquify
Click " Rasterize "
Select a size for your brush that fits for your text
Click and drag from the bottom of your letters

Change the blend mode to Overlay
CTRL + J ( Duplicate layer )
Add a layer mask
Foreground color black
Go to Brush Tool and change the Opacity near 50% and brush over your text
