Open files
Duplicate the layer

Go to Image - Adjustments - Hue/Saturation

Reduce saturation: -40

Duplicate the layer

Go to Image - Mode - CMYK Color - Don't Flatten

Go to Channels and select Yellow

CTRL + I to Invert

Make active all channels

Go to Layers and change blend mode to Soft Light for Layer 1 copy

Go to Image - Mode - RGB Color - Don't flatten

Go to Create New Fill or Adjustments layer and select Selective Color
From Colors select Yellows
Black: 100 %

Go to Create New Fill or Adjustments layer and select Curves
Select Blue - and lift from the left corner

CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E

Click and drag the bokeh image into your photo
Transform and Flip Vertical

Change the blend mode to Screen

Create a layer mask

Make the foreground color black

Go to Brush Tool and select a big soft brush

Resize your brush using [ ] keys and brush the part from the image
that you don't want the bokeh to be seen.

Go to Create New Fill or Adjustment layer and select Gradient Map and choose the  Violet, Orange gradient

Change the blend mode to Soft Light

Reduce the opacity to 90%
