Open file

Double click on the background layer to unlock it

Go to Crop Tool

Crop it 4:5 ( instagram size )

Go to Rectangular Marquee Tool

Click and drag to make a selection

Press Delete to delete the selection

Open the image you want to insert

Double click on the background layer to unlock it

Go to Quick Selection Tool and make a selection of the model
you can use Pen Tool for a better selection.

Go to Move Tool, then click and drag to move the selection into the other image

Press and hold Shift while you resize the image

You can skip this process if your selection was good. 
I will use the brush to erase some parts that doesn't look good.

Open files

Double click on the Background layer to unlock it

Go to Image - Image Size

Make sure you click on Do not constrain aspect ratio
Width:2000
Heigh: 2000

Go to Image - Image Rotation- 180 degrees

Go to Filter - Distort - Polar Coordinates

Check Rectangular to Polar


Double click on the Background layer to unlock it

Go to Quick Selection Tool and make the selection

Ctrl + J to save the selection in another layer

Use Move Tool to click and drag the selection



Use Ctrl + T for Transform Tool and press and hold Shift while you resize your image

Hide Layer 1 

Go to Spot Healing Brush Tool

Go to Brush Tool and select a Soft Round Brush

Press and hold Alt + Left Click to use color picker

Make Layer 1 visible

Go to Create new fill or Adjustment Layer

Select Vibrance
Vibrance +100
Saturation +20

Go to Crop Tool
9 for width
6 for height

You can reduce the opacity for Gradient layer
