Convert Photos into Dramatic Black and White using Photoshop

Open File
CTRL + J Duplicate the layer
Go to Image - Apply Image
Channel: Green
Blending: Normal
Go to Create New Fill or Adjustment Layer and Channel Mixer
Click on Monochrome checkbox
Red: +23
Green: +38
Blue: +35
Constant: -17
If these values does not work for you, use different.
Click on Layer 1 and make a copy ( CTRL + J )
Go to Filter - Blur Gallery - Field Blur
Blur: 4px
Add a layer mask for Layer 1 copy
Go to Brush Tool, make sure you have the foreground color black and brush to remove from the blur.
Go to Create New Fill or Adjustment Layer and select Gradient Map
Add Black, White Gradient
Click on Layer 1 copy
Go to Filter - Camera Raw Filter
Contrast: +73
Highlights: -95
Shadows: -70
Whites: -13
Blacks: -58
Clarity: +16
Reduce Fill opacity to 5%
CTRL + J Duplicate the layer
Go to Image - Apply Image
Channel: Green
Blending: Normal
Go to Create New Fill or Adjustment Layer and Channel Mixer
